Con il nostro modulo "RED brick" possiamo integrare un vero e proprio computer  in uno spazio 50mmx50mmx10mm.  In questo modo possiamo gestire sistemi di controllo autonomi e controlli di processo. 

Grazie ai numerosi sensori e controller possiamo monitorare e azionare sistemi e realizzare controlli di tipo PID reazionati.

Industrial digital IN

E' il sistema per la lettura di input digitali fino a 36V.  La scheda è dotata di 4 ingressi. 

Ogni scheda ha 4 input, ma può essere accoppiata con altre per aumentare il numero di input.  Utilizzando il brick master è possibile creare un gruppo di 4 schede che lavorano contemporaneamente.

Questa scheda consente di gestire fino a 4 output digitali con tensione fino a 36V quindi coprendo ogni standard industriale. Le uscite sono optoisolate e protette.

Modulo per la misura della temperatura ambiente

Il modulo più semplice è quello per la misura della temperatura ambiente. Si tratta di una scheda con sensore integrato, Non necessita di sonde aggiuntive. Se si desidera posizionare la scheda all'esterno è necessario utilizzare un contenitore con grado di protezione adeguato. Il modulo va interfacciato con una delle schede di acquisizione di tipo Brick.

Misura di temperatura con sonda pt100/pt1000

Questo trasduttore è stato progettato per supportare pt100/pt1000 con 2-3-4 fili.   Con dei semplici jumper è possibile selezionare la configurazione in uso e interfacciare la sonda al sistema di acquisizione.

E' completamente configurabile e consentirebbe di utilizzare anche termocoppie create ad hoc.

Modulo di misura temperature IR contactless

Il modulo permette di misurare temperature fra i -70°C e 380°C semplicemente puntando un oggetto. E' possibile contemporaneamente misurare la temperatura ambiente e l'emissività dell'oggetto. ideale per misure in tutte le condizioni in cui non è possibile un contatto diretto fra sonda e oggetto.   L'accuratezza di queste misure è di 0.5°C. La risoluzione è 0.1°C.

Modulo analogico

Questo modulo è stato pensato per leggere tensioni da 0-42V con risoluzione di 12bit. E' dotato di un uscita in tensione con gli standard 3.3V o 5V a cui è possibile collegare un trasduttore oppure un potenziometro.  Il modulo è completo ed è ideale per leggere le informazioni provenienti da  trasduttori industriali o elementi autocostruiti.

Modulo analogico industriale

Si tratta di un modulo analogico con 2 ingressi differenziali da -35V a 35V dotato di un ADC a 24bit. Consente di leggere con precisione tensioni bipolari.  Anche in questo caso è presente una sezione di alimentazione 5V o 3.3V che consente di alimentare in modo autonomo tradusttori industriali oppure trasduttori autocostruiti.

L'alta risoluzione  del convertitore consente di avere una precisione molto elevata su tutto il range di misura del sensore.
